I'm a customer at your Lehigh Valley Mall store, and I'm writing to let you know of the excellent customer service I received at your store. I originally went to your store on August 23, 2006 in search of help learning and choosing an engagement ring. I was approached by Lori Schneider. She showed me different styles in bands and diamonds, and explained everything to me. I returned with my boyfriend the following weekend, and Lori helped us pick out bands and a diamond that day.
My boyfriend, now fiance, proposed to me on October 27, 2006, and the ring is beautiful! I love it and have received so many compliments on it.
I want to thank you for the wonderful customer service we have received and continue to receive from Lori.

I write this letter to express my appreciation for the help,kindness and knowledge of Liz Culver and Brenda Emmanuel. They were instrumental in obtaining digital display instuctions for my Seiko Analog Alarm Chronograph that had been given to me by my late wife at our 50th wedding anniverary in 1993. Since then I lost the digital display instructions and as a result was unable to correctly operate the digital display and button operation. Liz Culver had previously arranged for watch work for me and recalled my name and the work that had been done. It was a happy surprise to receive a telephone call from Liz that the Seiko instructions were on hand. When I arrived at the Palmer Park Mall store, a copy of the instructions and the watch were waiting for me. Not only that, either Liz of Brenda had set the date and day operation that I wanted. In brief, I'm a happy person, thanks to Liz and Brenda. I'm now able to program my watch. I know that my wife would be pleased.

- Immediately get acknowledged with a smile and an offer to help
- Someone who remembers you
- Gives you their undivided attention
- Remembers your taste
- Takes time to show you things you might like

- Does not laugh at your ideas or questions
- Makes suggestions based on a conversation you had the last time you were in the store, that even you may have forgotten but they made a point to remember, and
- Gives you top of the line service making you feel like a VIP even if you are only looking.
WOW! What a dream, only I have news, it is not a dream, it is a reality. Whenever I walk into your Lehigh Valley Mall Store, the dream begins. I have to tell you I'm a shopper, and don't get me wrong, I do get service from most places I go, but the service I receive from this store surpasses others that I've been in.
You, as the person in charge, are to be commended for having such a wonderful team and should be very proud of its members who consistently give more than their best. I've been shopping at Freeman's for a long time and will continue to do so with Sales and Service like this. Thank you for having people that get it! It's so refreshing!

I am still as excited as I was when you first showed me the necklace. You were an absolute wonder as to pushing for completion, and I'm glad you gave me a gentle nudge to go for the diamond clasp. Working with you and/or aware of each step of the creation was not just fun, but a learning process I'll always remember. You do realize, I trust, that you are now a friend and not a manager who took a telephone call and read it correctly. Our daughter was so enthralled that she was speechless at first. She looked at each pearl and exclaimed on the weight and beauty of the entire necklace. She then headed for the nearest mirror to turn in every direction to see how they looked. Kirsten's daughter, Sigrid, wanted to try them on also. She thought the pearls were wonderful, and with stars in her eyes, said she hopes she is lucky enough to get her own strand someday. There were others who helped to make this necklace a reality, but you were the one with strong and steady pressure to see it to completion. I foresee you working and carrying through many different pieces of jewelry for our family in the future.
